Former EY-Parthenon Leader Allan Kyle Joins Keel3

When Allan Kyle started studying neural networks in the 1990s, artificial intelligence was largely an academic exercise. Over the course of his career, Kyle held leadership roles at Accenture Emerging Solutions and EY Technology Consulting and co-founded a machine learning company focused on banking risk. Most recently, he worked with EY Parthenon to advise private equity firms evaluating technology as part of acquisitions and growth investments and led a team developing AI tooling for M&A execution.
With AI now one of the biggest topics in boardrooms, executive meetings, and earnings calls, Kyle is joining Keel3 and applying that experience to the firm’s clients.
For Keel3 founder Patrick Callahan, the addition reflects where the company believes the market is heading. Keel3 works at the intersection of strategy and technology, combining advisory with proprietary AI products to help organizations become what Callahan calls an “intelligent organization” - where AI is not standalone but embedded into the business. That means working with leadership teams to drive real value, redesign workflows, and deploying purpose-built AI products that accelerate growth.
“Everybody is talking about the models,” said Callahan. “But what I think executives are really struggling with is everything surrounding the models. How work changes. How decisions get made. Where you put guardrails. How you know whether any of this is actually creating value. Using technology to drive value is the conversation Allan has been having for years.”
Kyle said the opportunity he sees today is not limited to the largest enterprises.
“The Fortune 500 has no shortage of resources,” he said. “But explosive growth will come from companies that can move fast once they decide something matters. It's not going to be a level playing field. There will be winners and losers”
That observation played a role in his decision to join Keel3.
While many organizations are still experimenting with AI tools, others have started asking harder questions about implementation, governance, operational change, and return on investment. The companies that embed AI into their core business and re-think how they operate will be the ones that thrive. Kyle’s work at Keel3 will focus on helping leadership teams answer those questions and identify where AI can have a measurable impact on the business.
“Most companies aren’t looking for another presentation deck,” Kyle said. “They’re looking for practical ways to gain an outsized advantage.”
Callahan believes that’s where the next phase of AI adoption will be won.
“The technology is improving every month,” he said. “The challenge is helping organizations adapt around it. Keel3 approaches it as a leadership problem rather than a technology problem.”
Keel3 works with executives, boards, and investors across strategy, growth, and AI initiatives, and continues to expand its advisory and implementation services.
